Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Raw denim products will naturally vary in texture and shade — this is a feature of the material, not a defect.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Limitation of liability

Ukiyo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
